checkra1n beta 0.9.6 released, everything that has changed


checkra1n beta 0.9.6 has been released, unfortunately, this beta does lack support for Linux and Windows, but does include support for a slew of new devices, and the typical bug fixes.

This beta brings support for the 5th generation iPad, 1st generation iPad Pro, 2nd generation iPad Air, and the latest iOS 13 updates, 13.2.3.

The following devices are supported, but as noted “may require more attempts than usual,”

  • iPhone 5s
  • iPad Mini 2
  • iPad Mini 3
  • iPad Air

And as for Linux and Windows, the release notes state Linux is incoming, with eta son, Windows, on the other hand, is labeled as “later.”
