iOS 13.3 introduces AML emergency location services to users in Germany

With the release of iOS 13.3 last week, Apple brought its AML emergency location services to Germany. AML, standing for Advanced Mobile Location is a service that has been available to users in the United States and Canada that allows the iPhone to determine the exact location of a user, for SOS calls.

Users do not need to turn anything on, simply updating to iO 13.3 will include this new service, so in the hopefully unlikely case you will need to dial or use your iPhone’s Emergency SOS feature, the police and services will get your exact location.
