Apple is looking to expand its current office space in New York City with an additional 60,000 square feet of office space, Business Insider reports.

Apple is in conversations with its landlord to add the additional space at its 11 Penn Plaza office building in Midtown New York City. In February, Apple signed on to 220,000 square feet at the Madison office, beating out Amazon and others who were seeking the space. Although conversations are ongoing, no real progress has been made.

A person with direct knowledge of the negotiations described the talks as ongoing and said there was “nothing concrete yet,” meaning that Apple had not yet definitively concluded on whether it will take the expansion space and, if it does, exactly how much.

An Apple spokesperson did not respond to a request for a comment from Business Insider.
