Today Apple released iOS 14 beta 7, one week after launching beta 6 as the company moves to speed up beta development, nearing closer to a September launch.

In a report this week Bloomberg says that despite the expected launch of the iPhone 12 in October, the new version of iOS will ship to the general public in September. Major iOS updates usually ship alongside the announcement of that year’s new iPhones. However, given production delays and issues, the 2020 iPhones have gotten pushed back.
